Internal Operations Division

Kim Britton, Vice Chairman

 

Goal – Promote an affirmative and interactive membership program.  Develop and maintain programs that generate sources of funding.  Achieve effective and efficient internal Chamber operations.

Financial Development

  • Organize and host the Annual Civic Auction
  • Auction kick off in August
  • Encourage teams to solicit their supply vendors within their organizations.

  • Encourage teams to solicit outside groups such as daily commerce.

  • Provide examples of successful solicitation techniques.

  • Captains will be provided team lists with names, phone numbers and emails.

  • Remove all non-donor cards if no donation has been made in 2 consecutive years.

Membership

  • Prepare and distribute SPOTLIGHT to members
  • Weekly newsletter to members with business promotion, news article and calendar
  • Co-host two or more after hour mixers.
  • Monthly Membership Meetings
  • Membership Retention Program
  • Monthly Surprise Patrol

Banquet

  • Organize and host the Annual Chamber of Commerce Membership Meeting & Industry Recognition Luncheon -Banquet.

Hello Terrell Team

  • Assist with membership recruitment
  • Welcome new members during ribbon cutting and monthly board meetings
  • Participate and attend Chamber sponsored activities

 Marketing

  • Utilize the website, social media and newsletter
  • Yearly Business Directory
