Terrell Market Center / Crossroads at Terrell
The Terrell Market Center and Crossroads at Terrell is located at the junction of I-20 and Spur 557 off U.S. Hwy 80. Significant development over the last few years has made this a popular shopping destination for the east-of-Dallas market.Â
It began in 2015 with Buc-ee’s as the Anchor at Terrell Market Center. In early 2019, Film Alley—a multi-entertainment venue offering eight dine-in movie auditoriums, 24 bowling lanes, a 4,500-square foot arcade, a bar and grill, and five party rooms--opened as the anchor for Crossroads at Terrell.
Since then, several retailers have been added including: Hobby Lobby, Academy Sports & Outdoors, Petco, Ulta Beauty, Marshalls, Ross, Rack Room Shoes, Five Below, Burke’s Outlet, T-Mobile, America’s Best Contacts and Eyeglasses, Mint Dentistry, and Spec’s Wine, Spirits and Finer Foods.Â
Other tenants in the Crossroads/Market Center area include several eateries: Chipotle, Texas Roadhouse, Chuy's, McAlister Deli, Freddy’s Frozen Custard, Panda Express, Taco Bueno, Chick-fil-A, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers, Starbucks, Taco Cabana, Dairy Queen, Whataburger, Chilis, and Olive Garden. There are several new retailers and eateries expected to open in the next few years as Phase II development concludes and Phase III begins.Â
