The Terrell Chamber of Commerce is governed by a board of directors consisting of eight executive board members and 11 board members. The executive board meets monthly to review financials and hear program of work reports from staff, as well as to vote or take action on items as necessary. The remaining board and membership meet monthly during the board/member luncheons.
